I'm not sure exactly why, but the warehouse still does not have my container full of ABLE platforms that were supposed to be delivered last week.
I had assumed that "clearing customs" meant that the product was at the dock and ready to send via truck to the warehouse, but apparently something can clear customs en route. My freight forwarder called today to confirm I paid the freight in full via wire transfer and assured me the shipment would arrive at the warehouse (just 15 miles or so from the dock) within a couple of days.
The warehouse has some work to do getting the container unloaded and then I will go and check the shipment and take all of the ABLE pro package orders to start kitting them at home with the gym bags, towels and shaker bottles.
Sorry for the delay, and I'll get you more specific info as soon as i have it.
